I usually use Psensor to monitor temperatures but it’s not available on Guix yet. Can anybody recommend an alternative that does work on Guix ?

Yeah, I wonder why? Wheren’t normal Unicode domains available?
It’s perfectly normal unicode. It is merely not English. English isn’t the only language, and international domain names and TLDs have existed for over two decades now.

Good point. Such a shame that I cannot find those characters on my keyboard, though.

Luckily all internationalized TLDs are translated to punycode so you can type them with ASCII characters

You can switch to a japanese layout, or use a compose key. Or just copy paste. :)
Well, it’s a good way to keep out the less determined traffic.
