It’s just greedy politicians; if not for them the others would have no influence. And they are squarely called out in the original image.

Single-family zoning is bad, but are you using it to deflect blame from landlords and politicians who are absolutely part of the problem? I find it incredibly sus to “well ackshually” this post.
And who is responsible for zoning policies?
Politicians and land developers plus the automotive industry.
Land developers don’t have the authority to change regulations. Neither does the auto industry.
It’s just greedy politicians; if not for them the others would have no influence. And they are squarely called out in the original image.
