It’s hard to answer because Drake groomer stuff been talked about for years now. He texted Millie bobby Brown about “boys” when she was a teen. I’m not the best person to ask but I can try.
That second screenshot adding in more people to this out of nowhere. Aubrey? I have no idea who she is or why he hates her too. Just cos she supports Drake in some way?
