Yes and no. The plushy tires roll really smoothly over rocks and roots but suspension fork absolutely gives you a significantly smoother ride overall. Ofcourse a suspension fat-tire fork would give you the best of both worlds.
However my riding style has always been more towards the slow and technical side so the lack of suspension isn’t really an issue. Also one less part to maintain. I might still upgrade the fork at some point but dropper post first.
