Just gonna leave this here.The celts do it better anyway. The Irish with pudding and soda farls and Scots with scones (I didn’t know what the Welsh or Isle of Man do but, assume that the latter do so at whatever pace they like).
I don’t think an English breakfast prepared at home like I do it (read: like a heretic) is that unhealthy, but I only do parts (eggs, toast, beans, bacon) and don’t fry anything… But what you get served in a public establishment is probably 1500+ calories just from all the oil.
