Are you happy with it or likely to switch to something else?
Moved to NixOS about 2 years ago for most of my machines, but I’ve been on Linux for a decade. I have a Macbook as well but I spend most of the time running NixOS on it, Mac just feels so wrong and unproductive to me for so many papercut reasons
Fedora on my surface Wich I’m really happy with and not likely to switch. I choose it because it runs well with the touch and thedrawing pen. Linux mint on my home desktop. I’ve had it for 2 years now and it’s just been working flawlessly so I probably won’t switch any time soon but I’m definitely willing to switch to some other Linux distro if the need arises. It was a great first Linux distro and still just works.

Switched from Windows to Ubuntu 2.5 years ago, 2 years ago, I tried Arch and stayed with it until now. I tried various desktop environments and window managers, but I always came back to Gnome. It’s the most polished and I really like the workflow of it.
Concerning why: Well, Windows is just bad at so many simple things compared to Linux. Yeah, Linux has its problems, but I can see the progress of them being fixed, whilst on Windows you can still find the same issues you could find 15 years ago. Like, WTF. Another major point is privacy. It’s no secret that Microsoft is spying on its users. Linux is open source and thus as transparent as it gets.
I also play games on Linux. Occasionally, it needs some tinkering, but about 95% of my Steam library works (most of the time, even with better performance). I also do programming. There’s no doubt that Linux is just the superior OS for developers, unless you have very specific needs.
Nowadays, I have no machine left running Windows. And for the moment, I’m not thinking of switching to anything else.
My experience is largely similar. The thing is I don’t like tinkering with my system much but my home desktop is still running Linux mint that I installed 2 years ago flawlessly. I don’t run windows anywhere because Linux just works and I don’t need to go configure a bunch of things because the defaults are quite sensible.

Windows 10 (version 22H2). I’m currently happy with using this operating system, and I have no intentions to upgrade to Windows 11 until Windows 10 approaches end-of-support.
And I heard from a friend who works in Germany that Windows 11 is full of Microsoft spyware. Is that true?
I’m running Windows 11. Windows 8 and 10 both looked super ugly, I’m glad they managed to turn that trend around again with 11. If only they also went back to a good start menu… I hate that I still have to use open shell for that.
I switched from Windows to (X)Ubuntu in about 2006, when it was still fresh. Never looked back, and the cost of the Windows Server licences were hard to stomach for a small company like mine. Currently transiting all the boxes, servers, workstations and laptops of my company over to Debian “bookworm” in order to get away from Ubuntu. The gadgets we have, are all Android, more for the lack of something less worse than out of persuasion.
I was a Windows user, before i switched to MacOS, since i liked the interface and the terminal capabilities. I then switched back to Windows before i made the move to various Linux distros. First mint, then fedora and right now ubuntu.
Don’t get me wrong - it’s not i didn’t like the linux distros, i really liked them. I just like to try something new and see what i maybe missed from other operating systems.
As of why: Right now is mainly compatibility wise, since i use a Shadow cloud computer for occasional gaming and editing. And it didn’t really run smoothly on mint or fedora - so ubuntu it is.
I like to switch to something else in the future and try out a new distro, but i can’t say what it will be.
