In Germany at least only if they have their own company and exploit their employees (or inheried wealth), but Germany doesn’t treat it’s engineers very well.
Actually, it’s the 0,01%. The doctor or engineer that makes $ 200000 a year is not the enemy.

Our of interest is that shared income or personal? I wonder how many people are part of the 1% but their spouse and children aren’t.
