Anyone else experiencing this? When I click on an image and hit the share button, it freezes on “downloading image…”.
Having the same issue. Hard locks the app and requires it to be force quit and relaunched. Image is never saved. This happens with both the download and share buttons.
Same here. Latest version of Memmy on TestFlight on iOS 16, iPhone XS, and full access to photos.
So think I figured out cause. Compact mode. Try turning compact mode off, closing app, and then trying. Worked for me.
I prefer compact mode though so I hope they fix it.
Doesn’t work for me :( thanks, though!
Interesting. I also got to it to work by clicking post then clicking image and sharing rather than clicking the post directly from feed. Odd.
That worked!!! Thanks!!
happy to help! Hope they fix the bug. I submitted to GitHub, but saw someone else did as well so I closed mine.
iPhone 12 Pro on iOS 16 here. TestFlight latest version. Memmy has full access to my photos in privacy settings.
You?
iOS 16.5.1 on iPhone 14 Pro Max. Latest version in test flight and Memmy has full access to photos as well.

Having the exact same problem with iOS 16.5.1 on an iPhone 11, and same Memmy settings.

The problem is odd, but you’re right the ways you mentioned don’t cause the problem. Hopefully the issue gets sorted out soon, I like Compact mode lol.

I’m also having this problem. I was able to click the post and then the picture and it worked as intended.
