Given how slow and ineffectual any justice has been not only for those plotting the coup, but for those at the insurrection, the cons are only just going to try AGAIN to overturn democracy if they lose again this fall.
Merrick Garland is scared to death to compel Biggs and Gosar’s testimony but, thankfully, Arizona isn’t.
I mean he would have been better than the current situation, but man he would have been a shitty Supreme Court Justice too wouldn’t he? Like obviously not as bad, but still pretty bad.
