Way to go, you fucking dummy lush.

Meanwhile, I gotta sign up with a doctor, pay off the state, go through security doors, all to get a still-not-socially-acceptable marijuana. Man, what’s the track record with weed…well, I haven’t driven into any ponds! Some people can’t handle their shit. Bye 👋

You also shouldn’t drive while high though.

Plus the PSA is not for you. It’s for anybody who is reading you and could incorrectly assume that driving while high is okay. It isn’t.

It’s “use responsibly”, the phrase you are looking for. Definitions of “high” are poor. Tests for “high” are poor. If your are impaired, don’t drive. Like every other impairment.

If you are high you are impaired, and the feeling of being high might be hard to define, but it’s not difficult to recognize when you’re starting to feel it. What are you arguing against?

Sure, and you can also drink alcohol responsibly. But we’re not talking about responsible use of substances. If you are high, you’re impaired, just like you said, and that’s all I’m saying.

Tolerance doesn’t affect the impact of being high. It impacts how much THC you need to consume to feel a certain high. Comparing to alcohol, a woman with little tolerance coming in under 100lbs could be blitzed while a huge guy with decades of building up tolerance could be fine after drinking the same amount.

Driving while high is a problem.

Given that PA still has a zero tolerance policy in place I’m going to refer back to being treated like a second-class citizen, all while you wouldn’t be able to produce accurate statistics on the matter. Just your opinion.

I was talking about marijuana. That sort of recklessness isn’t there.

I’ve got no problem with weed or driving high responsibly. But your argument was that people can be trusted to act responsibly and I was refuting that.

That’s your only take? I never even mentioned driving while high. I did mention a lot of other hassles however. No take on them?

“This woman died while driving drunk. Meanwhile, I have to go through hurdles to smoke weed. See, I haven’t driven into any ponds!”

It’s a weird sentence overall, actually.

Weird, but not that weird. I’m being treated like a second-class citizen over marijuana. You’d even have to look high and low to find the dangers. Maybe this woman should have had to go through security doors everytime she bought alcohol, teach her how to behave, along with the countless other drunks that kill people on the road. Be glad it was just a pond this time. It’s not the stoners with bad attitudes fucking shit up.

You’re going through the best red-herring argument I’ve seen in a while. The topic is a woman was dead because of drunk driving, and here you are saying “but my pot!!!”
