So I just started geo cashing today even though I didn’t find anything it was a lot of fun. Are the caches usually pretty close to were the green dot location for the cache is or could it be anywhere in basically I the whole area. The two I went to say the first one has no hints and the geocache the why right in the middle of the road and there were homeless people all around in the woods so we gave up on that and the second we went to was in a business park with a running waterfall and spring flowing through the complex the hint was “sit for a spell” so I sat at the bench closer to the geocache mark and every other bench within 100 meters or more but I could never find anything. Should I stick with spending more time looking around at the area where the actual mark is or look litterilly everywhere within a half mile circumference or what should I do like I said this is my first time and I was 0/0.
