From what I’ve heard they’re going to keep a list of big media companies that count. Nobody is going to put a little Lemmy instance on there unless the law is being deliberately misused.

That’s sounds vague, if that ao I bet there will be a lot of lobbying from people that don’t want to be considered “prominent”
