A couple of hours ago it seemed to work fine but now every time I try yo enable the setting to open links in the external browser and hit the save button, the setting resets. Clearing the app data didn’t change the behavior.

For more information, it looks like it’s tied to the reverse comment interaction button. When that’s on the external browser button activates, when the reverse comment interaction button is turned off, then you can change it back to an internal browser.
