    Hey all, I want to give you a quick response on this since it’s of interest to so many of you! We’re working on some more in-depth information to share with you, but in the meantime I can let you know that we are aware of your concerns that the Relics mechanic devalues Legendary Runes. We want to make sure we address those concerns, and we’re finalizing a plan to compensate those of you who spent time and energy acquiring those Legendary Runes.

    It’s good that they spell it out, but this is what any normal person would have expected.

    Still curious if Legendary Relic will exist on launch, and secondly if it’ll be given out for free to people with 6 runes in the legendary armory.

    I have 7 legendary runes and obviously I like the idea of somehow being compensated for losing functionality in a legendary item (which is supposed to be a one-time grind). But what I really want… is a legendary aqua breather!

      I too have all 7 and I’m curious to see what they intend to do about it, as you said legendaries should be a one-time grind.

      It’s a matter of trust, I mean, if players didn’t trust legendaries to retain their QoL value over time, why even make them? There would be no point.

      Whatever they come up with as compensation can make or break that kind of trust IMO.
