There are excellent online Html editors who are interested, I use for example SSuite, a whole online office suite, with word processors, spreadsheet and more, fast, free, without registration and private. The special thing is that it saves the files created locally in Html format by default and therefore serves to easily create a web page, if you have a host where it can be uploaded. It is in Html5 and therefore also works on mobile (the Blue Velvet editor it has, is also optimized for small mobile screens).
