I think they reach up to 50kph. If those bikes don’t qualify they must have higher performance than a moped, even if they don’t reach highway speeds. According to their website the motorbike reaches over 50mph,I’d say thats highway speed? https://ridecake.com/en-US/p/osa Osa flex is the one you want if you don’t have a motorbike license.
