Other people drew up project 2025 for him and he had no problem doing his part in that.
Also his antics are definitely calculated. He stays in motion committing one fuckup after another because it helps his stay ahead of accountability. If I was in his shoes and has Cuba in my sights I would try to time it to right after Iran and have something ready in the works for after that. And I’m also dumb as hell, but if it works for committing crimes then it works.
