I had to throw together the pasta real quick when I realized I had no mashed potatoes (well, no milk) which was the plan
minus-squarepetroskoilinkfedilinkarrow-up2·1 year agoYou can add a bit of the pasta water with the butter to create an emulsion, then finish it by mixing in a bit of parmesan, and you’ve basically created alfredo sauce.
