I like Firefox as my preferred mobile browser, so I pit their search widget on my home screen. But every time I reboot my phone, it removes the widget. It can take a couple attempts before it shows up again in the widget selection screen too.

      Got any good FOSS/F-droid recommendations? I’m on GrapheneOS and used the launcher it came with (literally just launcher) but I’m thinking I might want something a little more “cuter/aesthetic” that can use icon packs. I do like weights and apps on my screen, so I don’t like search/text-only launchers.

        I’ve also been looking for foss launchers, been using nova for like 10+ years (not foss). lawnchair is supposed to be an open source version of pixel launcher, and i tried fossify too, but they lack features i need. most foss launchers are just too minimal, so i haven’t really found anything good…
