Currently saving my money to renovate an unlivable house and wondering if there are any good ideas for a tower like this? I tried looking up if a wind turbine would be safe to mount but my searches are showing either installing ham radio antennas or the cost of installing the antenna itself.

If nothing else I’ll replace it with a weather vane but having something more than just aesthetic would be pretty neat.
