I saw something similar the other day on the sentry repo https://github.com/getsentry/sentry/blob/master/LICENSE . IMHO using a copyleft free and open source licence before the “pivot” (?) is a lot better than what sentry went with. How much that helps the situation with corporations leeching off open source work is left to see
