Don’t think I have had or made this before, any tips?
I thought I would be clever and cook the chicken in the same cast iron skillet that I finished it in so that I wouldn’t lose any of the marinade. In hind sight, I probably should have just grilled it, because it turned out VERY salty. Otherwise, I pretty much followed the recipe, and it turned out great!
