    This is an interesting case for me to watch as I learn where Tesla Europe lies on the x= f around, y= find out graph.

    Seems like it’s moving rapidly up and to the right…

    in Sweden you (the company) sign a collective agreement. period.

    There is no chance the unions will let Tesla undermine that norm. Any union in any industry even remotely close to Tesla will do what they can to make their life pain until they sign a contract.

    Tesla’s mission statement is “to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy.” This will always be unreachable if they can’t even begin to consider work and social sustainability. Workers are a part of making sustainable energy. Don’t bring the worst parts of American work culture to Sweden, if it does not fit with you mission, please leave, Sweden will survive without another car brand.
