To clarify, the material is engineered at Rice University, it’s not made from grain.
Okay, well that’s just wat less interesting. It’ll be great if this helps people walk again. But I also wanted to read about the regenerative properties of rice.
It would give a whole new depth to “put it in some rice”.
Broke your foot? Put it in some rice. Losing your hair? Dunk your head in some rice 10 minutes a day.
I can see a Seinfeld episode about this

So, putting my neurons in rice won’t fix them?
I spent the whole day with my head in a ricer bowl, don’t even tell me anything
What a disappointment
With rice 10/10
From rice 5/10
You hear the man, nothing to see here, move along
Rice is great if you’re really smart and want to engineer two thousand of something
Thanks Mitch.
so we’re past ricing our cars and computers??? we’re ricing humans now???
Vroom vroom, baby. Wanna see my undercarriage lights?
Rice has neuroengineers? And here I was cooking it and eating it as a side dish. Now to take over the world!
