This is so fucking stupid, who writes this bullshit? Women have been underpaid, by 30% or more, for decades (well, millennia actually), and still are on the whole. Just one demographic of women makes 10% more than men, according to one study, and all of a sudden it’s a “crisis”? Really?!

Not to mention that since women objectively mature sooner than men, a young female worker realistically deserves higher pay than her male counterpart. I’m glad they’re finally getting a fraction of what they deserve.
