    Wow! Recently there was a first-ever hurricane in Appalachia (whole towns just fuckin wiped out) and being concerned about that counts as being an “alarmist”.

    Huh. We truly are living in a post-fact world.

        We’re not worried - housing prices in the Netherlands are ridiculous especially Amsterdam that is only 2 meters above sea level. A disaster would wipe out half of our country but that unrealistic scenario will not happen. If folks would be worried they would relocate. They don’t.
