Final approval by the House sent the legislation, which requires the detention and deportation of unauthorized migrants charged with crimes, to President Trump’s desk.

Note that this allows deportation based on accusation, not conviction, and that applies to minor nonviolent crimes, for which it previously required two convictions to require deportation.
