    If political questions such as structural discrimination, economic precarity, exposure to violence and opioid use are not regarded as shaping our wellbeing, what motivation remains for taking action on these matters?

    I was following the author until I hit this send-off.

    they don’t think there’s a prohibition on opioids? or are they arguing against prohibition in general?

    it most just left me hanging more than contradicting the article’s positions.
