It doesn’t appear to be a real QR code, or at least I couldn’t get my device to recognize it.
Set your device language to Roman. Should fix it, I think.
Nah, it’s not valid, just has the registration squares to make it look legit.
Fun fact: soldiers in the Roman Legions would find their maniples before battle and during exercises by pointing their phones at the SPQR codes held up by the standard bearer.
“Maniples” comes from the Latin “Manipulus”, meaning “Handful”, because your hand is full when raising the phone camera
