It needs another panel where he buys more fruit to begin the cycle again.
Or where he makes some awful dish to “use the fruit” just to throw that away, having wasted even more time, energy and resources in the process.
i have resorted to just buy one single fruit if i feel like eating it at that exact day i buy it. it also prevents fruit flies. can recommend.
You can’t tell me what to do. You’re not my mom.
Your mom dictated what you jerked off to??
No she said I wasn’t normal for jerking off
I shit you not the best thing to boost fruit consumption was an apple slicer. Just push down on the apple with the slicer and there are 8 pieces ready to eat.
Or, you know, bite the apple.
Not saying we didn’t do that before but the convenience and accessibility of 8 small pieces with no fumbling around, ready to eat just made the difference.
Why people don’t like fruit?
want mcdonal
I just ate 6 grapes. Am happy.
Having it is not enough.
There is this wonderful invention called a refrigerator.
Sure. But cold fries are the worst
ah, the device that stretches the death of the fruit over a few more days 😅
If you do this for most fruit make sure they are ripe before you put them in the fridge. Cooling can retard the ripening process and in some fruits like bananas ripening will stop entirely and can’t be restarted.
Bananas are sold very underripe here. You have to leave them on the kitchen counter for 4-5 days until they develop any sort of flavor. It maddens me.
Also, bananas are not fruit, they’re berries.
berries are fruit
You need to let the get ripe and then freeze them and never use them again.
Theoretically you could make milk shakes and such.
This is actually exactly what I do. I buy a bushel of bananas and put them right in the freezer. Take one or at a time and set a timer for 15 min. That’s when the peel is thawed just enough to peel. Add a frozen strawberry or two, a few frozen chunks of pineapple, some honey, and some walnuts. Makes a great smoothie. If I’m feeling spicy I’ll add a bit of fresh ginger. Cheifs kiss.
Bananas lose Vitamin C and taste in the fridge. Get cold damage too.
I said freezer. Bananas don’t lose nutrients significantly when frozen.
The fresh ones are too fresh that’s why I let them ripen and the ones I did not eat in time I peel and freeze.
Southern fruits don’t like cold.
I wonder what that could be used for
Combined with sealed bags
I don’t get it?
Do most people buy fruit and then just ignore it?
Some bachelors and the depressed especially
This is the case with most food from the grocery store, cause it tends to be packaged for 4x people, but there’s only two people in my house. Every time I cook, the base ingredients end up costing the same as it would to go out to eat, and I’m stuck with a bunch of leftovers that go to waste cause there’s just too much left to eat, and it sucks having to eat the same thing more than two days in a row.
So basically I only cook maybe once or twice a month tops now cause it’s a lot less wasteful, and isn’t as much of a drain on my wallet that the internet told me it was.
An apple a day keeps the fast food franchising away.
Apples are a bit empty on vitamins but last a long time
I’min the fridge. 2 or 3 weeksHi fridge
Is that a $5 biggie bag?
Depends when you bought it
Wax fruit ftw
