It’s a bit of a hassle getting the pan and Wisconsin brick cheese but we’ll worth it. The pan is also great for any style pan-pizza, focaccia or Philly’s regional specialty, tomato pie.

Ive only tried making detroit style pizza onces before but i think it’s my favorote variation on pizza. If i ever go to Detroit im definitely going to buddys and trying some of the original stuff.
If you’re ever in Detroit you should check out the pizza joints of former buddy’s chefs like Louis’ and Shield’s. They. Are. Fantastic.
