Defense forces in the Zaporozhye direction defeated yesterday’s Russian offensive

18 pieces of equipment were destroyed (including 3 tanks), about 70 orcs were sent to Kobzon’s concert, 80 ordered tickets. After the offensive, the Russians retreated to their previous positions.

The publicized offensive of “Cesar Kunikov” in the Zaporizhzhia direction collapsed, as did the VDK of the same name.

30 units of equipment and a fairly large number of enemy personnel were involved in the offensive.

We are working! Let’s destroy the enemy!

With all the attention on the strategic retreat from Avdiivka, how is the bridgehead in Zaporizhia doing?

They were also under continuous heavy assault last I heard.

I assume you’re talking about the bridgehead in the Kherson region. It has expanded slowly. Putin concentrated most of his forces near Avdiivka and Bakhmut for political victories ahead of his “election”.

In addition to what Wilshire said, I have also read that it is likely strategic for Ukraine to have the bridgehead but not expand it massively. Namely as it allows them to stay in range of artillery from the right bank. If the bridgehead can continue to be a bulwark and dish out damage via raids or just by defending under favorable conditions, it is doing it’s job in an attritional war.
