Lol. She performs surgery on her stuffed toys. She’ll put a hole on the toy and pull the squeaker out through it, then she’ll keep the toy and cuddle with it.

And wow! My dog will also perform surgery but will then just hold the squeaker in his mouth and ignore the actual toy. Then when he loses the squeaker he destroys the rest of the toy.
