Though Lemmy is generally 18+, this is the rule of the instance this sub is hosted on. Mention of these topics is absolutely allowed, but graphic description or images are not. If in doubt, put it in a spoiler. Ageplay is absolutely NOT allowed under any circumstances.

2. Don’t be a dick
If you are new to Lemmy, please understand that this site has a different culture than Reddit and and that culture should be respected. If you don’t like what someone is saying, don’t harass them, block and/or report. Failure to do so may result in a punishment.

3. No AI
This is again, a part of Lemmy’s culture. AI is extremely looked down upon and does not really belong here.

4. Don’t make me add more rules 😭
Generally be a good person, don’t get in fights. No hate speech, racism, homophobia, or anything of the sort.

Why make a seperate sub from !vrchat@lemmy.world?

Having one Lemmy instance hosting a large amount of subs or community members will negatively impact the health of the fediverse as a whole.
I made this separately because I am a firm believer in the long term use and growth of Lemmy as a federated social media, and I would like to see it stick around for years to come. This is also why I have my personal account on sh.itjust.works instead of Lemmy.world

I plan on making a Lemmy VRChat group, but I’m not sure if there’s interest in it. We’ll see :)
