Afaik, the earth was lot warmer during dino times, but dinos just migrated seasonally to better areas. Floods and whatnot are largely nerfs directed at humans structures.
I heard that climate proofing housing is quite difficult, bc even like powerlines are damaged by events. Meaning it might be easier to work remotely from an RV.

Indeed, birds migrate seasonally, why not let people move - in large numbers - as an adaptation to climate change ? For example regularly between Baltics and Balkans, according to the season.
We need to consider whether the energy costs of the transport can be less than the energy costs of avoided heating / cooling. So I’m wondering whether mobile homes could move by railways.
