The world would be better off if the US kept its nose in its own business, instead of setting itself up as self-proclaimed sheriffs, doling out ‘democracy’ around the world, without having one of its own.
When it comes to the US invading other countries and meddling, I would broadly agree with you. However, this and Ukraine involves unprovoked invasions that in turn have an effect on the US’s national security interests. I’m okay with the US getting involved in that sort of case, when the citizens of the invaded country welcome the help.
Yes, but the US is not entirely innocent in this matter, it observes the expansion of NATO towards the Russian border. I remember very well when the Russians put their missiles in Cuba, why the US did it before, positioning its missiles in Turkey on the border with Russia. I think that much of the situation is caused precisely by the imperialism practiced by Russia and the United States.

It’s unclear whether this was just a poorly crafted response explaining a policy that requires a certain amount of cognitive dissonance. The US has long shied away from actively endorsing Taiwanese independence because the Chinese government would likely see that as a sign of a closing window of opportunity for taking over Taiwan.
