My brain doesn’t work optimally to ensure my thriving and survival. It’s a defect to be accounted for. No more, no less. There is nothing noble or tragic about it, nothing to be ashamed of nor to be proud of, it’s just how it is, and certainly it has nothing to do with metaphysical concepts such as fate.
